VP BAVUONG is also the first artist to host a live session from morning to night at Saigon Central Post Office, offering thousands of free drinks to the public.

VP BAVUONG is known for his bold, distinctive image and as a promising talent who left a lasting impression on audiences as a standout contestant in The Debut 2018 and The Heroes 2021. Beyond singing and songwriting, he is skilled in dance, playing musical instruments, music production, and even visual arts.

Infused with his signature rebellious spirit, his songs radiate a fighting energy that champions messages of love and freedom. VP BAVUONG is set to release his album W.O.L.F 1: Why Me? Find me! — kicking off with a live session in front of Saigon Central Post Office. The album, a project he has nurtured since 2020, comes after more than three years of planning and preparation. W.O.L.F 1 features eight original tracks and a special recording sharing the project’s message. Every song was written and produced by VP BAVUONG himself. The album explores a variety of genres, from pop, rock, and R&B to EDM, hip-hop, and future bass, designed to take listeners on an emotional journey from introspection to a burst of positive energy. VP BAVUONG also revealed that the album cover was hand-drawn by him using sketch pens, correction pens, and acrylic paint, with intricate raised textures crafted by hand.

The eight tracks in W.O.L.F 1 are like individual puzzle pieces that, when brought together, form a complete story. Listening to W.O.L.F 1 feels like walking through an art gallery, at times leisurely, at times hurried, with contrasting rhythms that mirror the ebb and flow of emotion. In the end, it all comes together in a moment of realization, answering “Why me? Find me!” with a message: Be free to be yourself, and never forget to love who you are.

The live session in front of Saigon Central Post Office on August 26 marked the start of the project. From now until the end of 2023, VP BAVUONG and W.O.L.F 1 will bring audiences a series of events and musical releases, including MVs and digital singles each month. With W.O.L.F 1, the public will see VP BAVUONG not just as a singer-songwriter, but as a true artist. Beyond live sessions, music videos, and lyric videos, he will also host a solo exhibition at an art space in District 1 (Ho Chi Minh City) at the end of September, and a full showcase of all eight tracks from the album, delivered with his signature edgy style, for Halloween this year. Everything VP BAVUONG has prepared underscores his artistic path: one that extends beyond music, built on meticulous and long-term plans.

Right after the live session, Quái – the first MV of the W.O.L.F 1 journey – will be released at 8 PM on August 28 across all digital music platforms.
