Pullman Saigon Center evokes memories of the festive season

artLIVE – At the end of the year, Saigon enters a season of lights, gatherings, and intersecting emotions. Within this rhythm, Pullman Saigon Centre speaks of the 2025 festive season through cuisine, gently touching memory beyond the noise of celebration.

Not following the trend of lively grand parties, this year’s festive season at Pullman is designed as a series of subtly guided experiences. From communal dining tables, a characterful steakhouse space, to an impressive rooftop bar offering a panoramic view of the city at the moment of transition. Together, they create memorable festive moments.

Food ConneXion restaurant opens this journey with international buffet feasts carrying the distinctive spirit of the year’s end. Fresh seafood, hot dishes reminiscent of festive flavors, and a colorful dessert counter create a warm atmosphere for family gatherings and joyful moments among friends seated together.

From Christmas dinner buffets (December 24 – 27, 2025), to the New Year’s Eve dinner (December 31, 2025), and the first brunch of the new year (January 1, 2026), Food Connexion becomes an ideal meeting place for those who wish to close the old year with a gentle aftertaste and open the new year with a sense of calm.

In another shade, Mad Cow Saigon – a steakhouse that has established its own mark at Pullman Saigon Centre, enters the festive season with two standard yet distinctive culinary journeys. Under the guidance of Michelin starred – Pierre and Chef Ninh, premium ingredients are prepared using modern techniques, preserving their original texture and flavor.

Alongside a special menu served throughout December, Mad Cow introduces for the first time a premium buffet dinner on New Year’s Eve, breaking the familiar framework of a traditional steakhouse. Here, guests not only enjoy fine meats and selected wines, but are also guided through culinary performances that cause taste, sight, and emotion to stir together.

As the moment of transition draws near, the 31st-floor Rooftop Bar opens onto a very different scene. Saigon sparkles beneath the eye, fireworks light up the sky, and music gradually elevates emotions. The countdown night welcoming the new year is a blend of DJ performances, saxophone, percussion, artistic pole dance, aerial silk, and fire dance – lively enough to mark the moment of transition, refined enough not to overwhelm quieter emotions.

For the 2025 festive season, Pullman Saigon Centre chooses a slow and layered storytelling approach. Without attempting to create overwhelming moments, it leaves behind a lasting aftertaste through stillness, like a sense of longing being planted, so that when the festive season has passed, people still wish to return.
